Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the magnificent St Anne’s Cathedral, this incredible space will become a hub of music, food, drink and celebration, welcoming locals and visitors alike to experience the very best of the Fleadh.

From Sunday 2nd August, The Northern Whig Bar - Cathedral Quarter Belfast and our outdoor festival space at St Anne's Cathedral Car Park will become a powerhouse of traditional music, culture, craic and celebration as we kick off an unforgettable week of Fleadh 2026.

🥸For eight incredible days, expect a soundtrack unlike any other...

World-class performers, emerging local talent, spontaneous sessions and festival moments you'll be talking about long after the final note is played on Sunday 9th August.

We are beyond proud to host an amazing line-up featuring Tiernan Heffron, The Porter Belly's, The Rare Aul Stuff, Glengormley School of Traditional Music, and a host of talented guest musicians dropping in throughout the week.

Whether you are a seasoned session player or simply looking to soak up the atmosphere, this is your invitation to experience Belfast at its most vibrant.

The stages are set, the sessions are waiting and Belfast is ready.
