The Flying Horse, 2 The Green, Clophill, Bedford
(1447)

The Flying Horse is a dog-friendly country pub near Cainhoe Castle and the idyllic waters of the River Flit, perfect for taking a long walk alongside the river before detouring into our pub to dine out in the town of Clophill. Since our pub is set in a converted barn, you can expect a feast for the eyes, blending exposed, rustic woods and a charming fire pit with a contemporary bar, atmospheric lighting, and a stunning beer garden that’s just begging you to treat yourself to brunch or after-work drinks in the sun. Naturally, we’re just as comfortable catering to those memorable moments, from important work meetings to big events, made magical with the help of our private dining spaces and seasonal pub menus. We’re also close to the greens of Cainhoe Wood Golf Club and the French-style mansion of Wrest Park, worth exploring before telling us all about it over your next relaxed tipple.
