🍁 A bundle of autumn from Head Chef Rob. 🍂

Confit chicken leg with spiced lentils, pickled walnuts & crispy sage. On the menu from next Thursday, we are sure it’ll be a customer favourite. 😋

Perhaps pair it with a perfectly conditioned pint of Dawn IPA, leading with flavours of orange marmalade & pine. 🌲

🍺🍺 THE WELLY TURNED ONE! 🎁 🎂

Aaaaaaaaaand what a day it was! It may have been almost 2 weeks ago but we’re still thinking back to how fun it was. 🤩

So many b**rs, so many prizes, some questionable lederhosen’s and of course a delicious cake! 🧁

Thank you so much to all our epic customers that have supported us over the first year. Here’s to many more to come. 😍

🍺 🥨 THE WELLY TURNS 1 x OKTOBERFEST MENU 🥨 🍺

To celebrate our FIRST BIRTHDAY 🎂, we’re bringing a taste of Bavaria to Bath with a weekend long Oktoberfest menu packed with German comfort food and perfectly paired pints from Somer Valley Brewing as well as some of our local mateys and German Oktoberfest Classics!

🥨 Brezn - A giant soft baked pretzel served with sweet mustard. 🧀 Obatzda - Bavaria’s famous b**r snack: a rich, creamy cheese spread served with pretzel.
🌭 Weisswurst - Traditional Bavarian white sausage with pretzel and sweet mustard.
🌭 Bratwurst - Grilled German sausage with sauerkraut and caramelised onions.
🍟 Currywurst Fries - Skin-on fries loaded with Germany’s iconic curried ketchup. Add sliced grilled bratwurst for the full Berlin street food experience.

🐖 Schweinebraten - Slow-roast pork served with rich b**r gravy, potato dumplings and sauerkraut.
🍔 Brat Burger - A juicy bratwurst patty topped with sauerkraut and mustard in a pretzel bun.
🍗 Chicken Schnitzel - Crispy breaded chicken served with traditional German potato salad and lemon.
🧀 Käsespätzle - Bavaria’s answer to mac and cheese. Soft egg noodles smothered in melted cheese and finished with crispy onions.
