Looking for plans this weekend? The Gate Hangs High has you covered.

Come for lunch, stay for a drink while the kids head for the play area, or make an evening of it with dinner. On Saturday morning, the charity tractor run is back, with live music and plenty going on around the pub all afternoon. Then there’s Sunday roast to round off the weekend.

Fancy staying a bit longer? We’ve got camping and rooms too.

CAR & BIKE NIGHT TONIGHT
And the sun’s actually decided to show up for us!

We’re kicking off from 5pm with the field and car parks ready for another big one. Cars, bikes, classics, projects, daily drivers… bring it down or just come along for a wander.

Outside bar open, food on, drinks flowing and hopefully a field full of motors.

See you from 5pm!

WHAT’S ON THIS WEEK AT THE GATE?

It’s a big week for anyone who likes an engine… or just a good day at the pub.

Tuesday – Car & Bike Night is back from 5pm. Bring along your car or bike, or simply come down for some food, a drink and a wander around.

Saturday – The Charity Tractor Run returns, raising money for the Air Ambulance and The Fire Fighters Charity. Registration opens at 10:30am, with tractors setting off at 11am.

There’ll also be live music, JP’s Pizza Van, the outside bar, steam engines and plenty for the whole family throughout Saturday.

Two brilliant events, one very busy week at The Gate Hangs High.

CAR & BIKE NIGHT IS BACK THIS TUESDAY

One of our favourite nights of the month returns from 5pm this Tuesday, and we’re looking forward to another big turnout.

Cars, bikes, classics, projects, daily drivers, if you’re proud of it, bring it along. Or just come down, grab some food and a drink, have a wander and see what turns up.

There’s loads of space across the field and car parks, with the outside bar open and a brilliant atmosphere all evening.

🚜 ONE WEEK TO GO!

Next Saturday, the Charity Tractor Run returns to The Gate Hangs High, raising money for the Air Ambulance and The Fire Fighters Charity.

Tractor registration opens at 10:30am, ready to set off at 11am, with a £20 entry fee per tractor.

But you don’t need a tractor to join us! Come along to see them set off and stay for a full day of live music, JP’s Pizza Van, an outside bar, steam engines and plenty for the whole family. Camping is available too if you want to make a proper weekend of it.
