The best steaks , for quality and value, are a little cheaper on Thursdays. Don't miss out if you've never tried us!!! New customers are regularly shocked by the quality and value, real chips, proper onion ring etc.

A thank you, from us. To the passing trade, holiday makers and most importantly our regular customers. Our little pub has come through the summer in a good place, lots of fun, no grief, plenty food and an unbelievable amount of steaks, once the weather wasn't scorching. Massive thanks to the girls who help, you know who you are. The week just been , an unreal bank holiday monday, knackered Steve out, a solid week until amazing fri , with darts and bingo, a solid sat , which steve was glad of after staffing issue to a fantastic Sunday, selling out of roasts. We really do appreciate the support and more and more people comment on most expensive pint being £5 and our food prices that at times seem like a throwback. We'll continue to try to do what we do.

Dont forget that its steak night, same as any other but a little bit cheaper.
Tomorrow is our monthly Welly bingo, eyes down around 730pm and £15 covers your books.
And then onto our monthly roast , from noon to 3pm ish, this sunday. Plenty booked on already so dont delay as we sold out completely last month.

Dont forget we cook until 7pm tonight, Sunday, Then as usual , we are open all day , from noon on bank holiday monday , with kitchen open until 8pm, just in time for villa v arsenal.

We have some of the British lamb cutlets coming tomorrow, some are already pre booked !!! Reckon they'll be 3 or 4 portions left. 3 cutlets with chips or mash and peas n gravy. £15. Bargain for British lamb.
