☀️ HEATWAVE MENU UPDATE ☀️

We’ve added some brand new dishes to our lunch and evening menus that we think are perfect for enjoying in this gorgeous weather

Many of you know and love our Pira oven. It gives our steaks and burgers that distinctive charcoal flavour. What people mostly don’t always realise, is that it’s essentially a giant indoor charcoal BBQ, burning extremely hot throughout service. It’s brilliant on a cold winter day, but it makes the kitchen rather hot during the summer!

With temperatures forecast to stay in the high 30s, we’ve made the decision to temporarily adjust our menu and reduce use of the Pira during the hottest parts of the day. This helps us keep kitchen conditions more manageable and ensures the team can work safely.

We really can’t complain about the weather though, so make the most of it while it lasts. Come and enjoy the gardens, try our new dishes and soak up the sunshine (whilst it lasts!)

Please bear with the team during service and allow them a little extra time where needed to help them stay cool and hydrated.

And don’t forget your sunscreen… because let’s be honest, it’ll probably be raining again next week ☀️🍻
