🔥 Osso Bucco, but not as you know it… 🔥

Our 12oz beef osso bucco is all about big flavour and proper comfort. Cut from the shin, this is a slow-cook classic — packed with rich, deep taste and that all-important marrow running through the bone that melts into the dish as it cooks. That’s where the magic happens.

We braise it low and slow until it’s melt-in-the-mouth tender, then bring it to life with our smokey cowboy sauce, crispy pancetta, and earthy mushrooms. Served up with creamy mash to soak up every last drop.

This is one of those dishes that’s been around for generations for a reason… we’ve just given it our own bold twist.

If you’re after something hearty, indulgent, and seriously satisfying — this is the one.
