Now for the engine room of it all — the kitchen

Right now, it’s a full strip-out. Walls opened up, old fittings gone, and a complete rebuild underway to create a space that’s built for quality, efficiency, and serious flavour.

This is where tradition meets something a little different… 👀

Alongside classic pub favourites, we’ll be bringing an Indian menu with a twist — bold flavours, fresh ideas, and something you won’t expect from your local in Ashbourne 🍛

It might look like chaos now… but this is where the magic will happen.

This historic building in Ashbourne shows signs of its past at every turn — and we’re working carefully to preserve that charm while giving it a fresh new lease of life.

The bar is beginning to take shape, blending tradition with a modern feel that we hope will make it the perfect spot to unwind.

What was once a tired, underused space is already starting to take on a whole new feel. Walls are being refreshed, layouts reimagined, and the vision is finally coming to life.

We’re carefully blending modern touches with the character that makes Ashbourne so special — creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and worth lingering in.
