🎉 Happy 17 Year Work Anniversary, Chef Dani 🎉

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone - 17 years with us at the White Hart! What a journey it’s been.

We couldn’t be prouder of the talented chef Dani has become. Watching him grow, develop and flourish in our kitchen over the years has been a privilege.

Dani is so much more than a great chef though. He’s kind, loyal, hardworking and one of the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet. A hugely valued and central member of our team and we honestly couldn’t imagine the kitchen without him.

Thank you for everything you do, Dani. You are so loved and appreciated. Here’s to you and your continued success ❤️

Have you tried our lemon and Parmesan courgette fries yet? Served with our rich, home-made tomato ketchup, they are absolutely delicious!

The courgettes are picked fresh from our kitchen garden daily, going from garden to plate within just a few hours. 💚

Perfect as a starter, delicious as a side, or simply enjoyed with a pint of real ale or a chilled glass of wine in the garden. However you choose to enjoy them, they are a true taste of summer.☀️
