We’ve got a little celebration coming up at The Vale, and this one’s a proper family occasion. ❤️

On Tuesday 22nd September, we’ll be celebrating Cerys’s Berry First Birthday right here in the pub! 🎂🍓

There’ll be birthday cheer, proud family, probably a slightly bewildered one-year-old wondering why everyone keeps singing at her, and plenty of familiar faces about.

🍺❤️ A PINT THAT DOES A LITTLE GOOD

Throughout September, every pint of Carling sold here at the Vale helps support our local foodbank.

For every pint poured, 5p is donated as part of Proper Pubs’ Heroes of Hunger campaign.

Now, 5p might not sound like much on its own, but pub maths is a beautiful thing. A few pints become a few quid, a busy weekend becomes a decent chunk, and together it all adds up. 🙌

Last year, Proper Pubs donated over £15,000 through the campaign. Let’s see what we can add to the pot this September.

So if Carling’s your usual, you’ve now got an extra excuse. 🍻
