We are delighted to announce that on 12th June we will be guests at for a special dinner in their beautiful greenhouse setting.
It will be an evening dedicated to the stories of territories, sustainable agriculture, biodiversity, and conscious cooking. Through a menu inspired by the traditions of small rural communities in Italy and Denmark, we aim to create a dialogue between landscapes, cultures and people, celebrating the shared values that connect them.
Although rooted in different places, Italy and Denmark share a deep commitment to food quality, stewardship of the land, and the vitality of local communities. Through seasonal ingredients, local knowledge and conviviality, this dinner will explore how traditions and practices can meet around a common table.
Menu
- Focaccia with Sale Dolce di Cervia (Slow Food Presidium), Marta Valpiani extra virgin olive oil and herb-infused butter from the kitchen garden
- Seasonal mixed salad and Friciulin, traditional Piedmontese herb fritters, with fresh garlic aioli
- Florentine-style egg with freshly harvested chard and spinach
-Green asparagus risotto with Acquerello rice, awarded the Slow Food Snail
-Silky pastry cream scented with lemon balm
