Amare is taking a little break until November 20th. Not just to rest and recharge, but also to study Danish and to attend the Chef School at Campus Bornholm.

We love learning new things, discovering and bringing fresh ideas to the table. We'll be back with new energy and the same love for what we do. 🍝

In the meantime, if you have a special occasion to celebrate, remember that Amare is still open on request, with no minimum number of guests. We simply love sharing special moments with our guests. ❤️

And stay tuned! In just a few days, we'll introduce our special winter evenings programme. There are lovely things coming up! ✨

Amare holder en lille pause frem til den 20. november. Ikke kun for at hvile og lade batterierne op, men også for at studere dansk og at går på kokkeskolen på Campus Bornholm.

Vi elsker at lære nye ting, opdage nye muligheder og tage nye idéer med ind i køkkenet. Vi kommer tilbage med ny energi og den samme kærlighed til det, vi laver. 🍝

I mellemtiden er Amare stadig åben efter aftale, hvis I har en særlig anledning at fejre – der er intet minimum antal gæster. Vi elsker simpelthen at dele særlige øjeblikke med vores gæster. ❤️

This week, we’re taking a little time for ourselves (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday we are closed)

The past weeks have been incredibly intense, filled with wonderful guests, beautiful moments, and so many reasons to be grateful. Your support, smiles, and visits have made this season truly special, and we thank each and every one of you for being part of it.

Now, it’s time for us to pause, rest, and recharge our batteries so we can continue doing what we love most: welcoming you with the same warm smile, genuine hospitality, and passion that define Amare.

Saturday July 25th 15:30-18:00

🎧 DJ Allan plays vinyl records on two Technics 1210 turntables, focusing on the flow of the music together with the people in the room. 🎶✨

💿 As a teenager, he started making hip hop on a Commodore Amiga and collecting records for sampling. Many of his records come from the late '70s and early '80s, often featuring samples you'll recognize from hip hop and house music. 🔥

🎷 Expect plenty of funky and jazzy grooves, alongside party classics like disco 🪩 and early dance 💃, all spiced up with a touch of '90s hip hop. 🎤

❤️ Over the years, Allan developed a genuine passion for these sounds, growing his collection with records by artists such as Herbie Hancock, George Duke, Lakeside, Kool & The Gang, Prince, and many more.

🌅 Whether it's a lounge vibe, groove (pre-floor) session, or a full dancefloor set, his selections always follow the energy of the room. 🌊

Sankt Hans Evening at Amare 🔥

Tuesday, June 23, from 5 PM to 8 PM, join us for our very first pop-up market.

To celebrate the Midsummer bonfire, we've invited artists Kia Christensen and Kasper-Julin Munch to showcase their work on our terrace.

There will also be the opportunity to buy w**e, imported by **e , at special Sankt Hans prices.
We'll be offering bottles of Pinot Noir Sauvage from Villa Rubini at a special price of 100 DKK per bottle.

As always, Amare will be open from 5 PM, serving appetizers, fresh pasta, desserts, and a carefully selected w**e list.

We look forward to welcoming you for an evening celebrating summer, with art, food, w**e, and good vibes.

🌾 TERRITORIES – Rural communities, shared values 🌾
12th of June

We are delighted to announce that on 12th June we will be guests at for a special dinner in their beautiful greenhouse setting.

It will be an evening dedicated to the stories of territories, sustainable agriculture, biodiversity, and conscious cooking. Through a menu inspired by the traditions of small rural communities in Italy and Denmark, we aim to create a dialogue between landscapes, cultures and people, celebrating the shared values that connect them.

Although rooted in different places, Italy and Denmark share a deep commitment to food quality, stewardship of the land, and the vitality of local communities. Through seasonal ingredients, local knowledge and conviviality, this dinner will explore how traditions and practices can meet around a common table.

- Focaccia with Sale Dolce di Cervia (Slow Food Presidium), Marta Valpiani extra virgin olive oil and herb-infused butter from the kitchen garden
- Seasonal mixed salad and Friciulin, traditional Piedmontese herb fritters, with fresh garlic aioli
- Florentine-style egg with freshly harvested chard and spinach
-Green asparagus risotto with Acquerello rice, awarded the Slow Food Snail
-Silky pastry cream scented with lemon balm
