People often see me in the spotlight when it comes to PërTy, but the truth is that this story has never been about one person. It has always been about us.

What we’ve built together goes far beyond a restaurant. It’s sacrifice, belief, pressure, love, sleepless nights, risks, victories, and moments where we had to fight harder than anyone could ever see.

While I may be on the front line, she makes sure I have everything I need at all times to keep fighting. While people see me running the floor with the team, she is behind the scenes carrying so much of what keeps us standing strong.

From the vision, to the name, to the soul of what PërTy is today, we created this together.

Everyone sees the restaurant and the energy… but not always the endless work behind it. The long nights, the pressure, the sacrifices, and the silent battles it takes to build something real together.

Because in the end, PërTy it’s about two sisters, two dreamers, one body. 🤍
