BREAKING BAD NEWS
Just yesterday, the team was celebrating at . And today, we have to write the post you never want to write, but there it is:
From Wednesday, Puss Puss is closing down until further notice and most likely forever. Our only chance of re-opening will be for the government to fix their mistake and give us the compensation we were promised.
This has been a devastating year for the hospitality industry, especially for small independent businesses like us. The repeated restrictions put on the bars, coupled with the fact that as a new business we could not get the financial support promised by the government, made it very difficult for us to operate. Therefore, we had to take the very difficult decision to close down our beloved bar.
We would like to thank all of the people which have visited and supported us since we opened in June last year. You’re the reason Puss Puss exists. Finally, this post is dedicated to our team. Their passion, dedication, and hard work made it all possible.
