Chef Katy Chan and partner Niki Tsourounakis set on their own entrepreneurial journey in 2010, and continue to operate their businesses independently. They love what they do and are committed to making positive change in the food service and hospitality industry.

Your favourite new Friday tradition continues, with Chef back at the , preparing fresh pasta.

He'll be serving up a new menu between 6:00 - 9:00, on our 2nd of 3 nights featuring guest chefs (see previous post).

🌮 THURSDAY, Tyler Daniel introduces Taco Night, featuring your choice of Argentinian-style seared skirt steak or portobello mushroom.
