Come taste Alsace at Paris Paris!

We are participating in Alsace Wine Week, alongside some favourite wine bars and restaurants in Toronto. We’ll be pouring four thrilling wines from this historic region in northern France, and (nerd alert) they are all white wines with skin contact 🍊. How could we resist?
Christian Binner’s Muscat from 2021 is dry, savoury and high toned; Les Frères Engel ‘Orange in Alsace’ is a juicy and easy-breezy blend of Pinot(s) Blanc and Gris. Jean-Marc Dreyer’s ‘Origin’ is a gorgeously textured, salty expression of the (underrated) grape Sylvaner, and Brand & Fils ‘Fleurs Macération’ is the Pinot Gris of our Spooky Season dreams - dark copper, fragrant and serious-but-slurpable.
Pop by until October 30th for a taste. We’re honored to be pouring these wines from some of Alsace’s most exciting natural producers and we can’t wait to share them with you!
