We are happy to announce that our business was selected for the Business Sustainability initiative!
With this support, we have been able to upgrade our kitchen equipment allowing us to bring you even more wine friendly dishes such as the pictured Cavatelli & Mushroom Ragu with Chestnut Mascarpone, Cavatelli with Vodka Sauce & Stracchiatelli, Chicken Wings with Ramp butter, & Veal Schnitzel. We are just beginning to explore the expanded possibilities provided and will be continuing to expand our menu with new items.
Thank you Ontario and for supporting local communities and revitalizing main streets.

2019 Bordeaux Supérieur “Saint-Pierre” from Chateau Ferran
- organic & biodynamic, merlot dominant with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon playing supporting cast. Brings those classic Bordeaux savoury cedar box and spicy fruit flavours

We will be closing early tonight with last call at 10:30pm and will be closed tomorrow as we go to bottle the wine we started last fall.
