One year ago, we opened our doors with a vision of creating something special for Kingsville.

Now, as we celebrate our first birthday, we wanted to give back to the community that’s supported us from the very beginning.

From June 2–6, 100% of proceeds from our Truffle Parm Fries will be donated to the Kingsville Area Food Bank.

A small plate that can make a meaningful difference.

9 years. Let that sink in.

Before the cocktails were shaken, before the lights dimmed at 106 Wigle… there was a food trailer, a vision, and a chef who refused to play it safe.

This is where it all started.

From day one, Chef Kyle built something real with License to Sear—grit, passion, and an obsession with doing things the right way. No shortcuts. Just fire, flavour, and a relentless drive to be better every single day.

Almost a decade later, that same drive is still behind everything we do… from the street to the speakeasy at 106 Wigle. As well as the catering business License To Sear.

Happy 9 year anniversary to the business that started it all.
