r, it is considered one of the most renowned small jazz clubs in Belgium, where every form of the genre (from traditional to free) can be heard. Hot Club Gent can also pride itself on a extensive drink menu, including a vast selection of well-known and lesser-known Belgian quality beers and a comprehensive selection of alcohol free drinks. The clientele consists of a balanced mix of music lovers, students and tourists and all ages are more than welcome. Hot Club Gent is open every day from 3 pm.

Hot Club de Gand was founded in May 2005 by David De Rudder and Waso De Cauter. In 2015 David passed away so Waso choose to continue with a new partner: Peter Kinna (who was manager at Hot Club de Gand for some 7 years). They had to change the name and so Hot Club Gent was (re)born in 2016 – same place, same recipe!
