After receiving more than 200mm of rain in the past 2 weeks, there were times when today's OZWIDE FREIGHT PGA Associate Pro-Am looked a long way off.

As recently as yesterday, carts were restricted to paths only, yet today the course is fully operational and ready to welcome some of Queensland's best emerging PGA Professionals.

A huge thank you must go to our course team, led by Daniel and Tim, along with our volunteers who have worked tirelessly over the past few weeks to get the course back into outstanding condition. Their dedication, long hours and attention to detail have ensured Windaroo Lakes is once again presented to a standard we can all be proud of.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a passionate team behind the scenes.

Good luck to all professionals, sponsors and players competing today. We look forward to a fantastic day of golf at Windaroo Lakes.
