🍺 Brewing Process Part 3: Lautering
This is where patience pays off.
The wort is separated from the spent grain through a natural filtration process, using the grain bed itself to create a clearer liquid. We then sparge with hot water to extract as much flavour and fermentable sugar as possible before sending the wort to the kettle.
