Fresh in from Cornwall!! We’ve managed to get our hands on these two heavy hitters from , pouring now on tap for an extremely limited time 🙌🏼

Putty: Verdant’s cult release and one of the UK’s most sought-after drops for good reason. This beer is incredibly balanced with tropical fruits, a touch of resinous pine, and plenty of oats to make sure it’s rich, pillowy, with an ultra creamy finish.

Lightning Struck Itself: A Hazy IPA driven by Citra & Nelson Sauvin bringing passionfruit, mango, and a clean green grape flavour to this extremely clean and highly smashable drop.

We can’t wait to pour these ones for you. On from today, get in quick before they’re out.

For the next two months, it’s all about behind the bar at Besk.

An incredible product that we loving working with, Seven Seasons creates extremely high quality spirits championing native Australian ingredients ethically foraged by first nations people around the country. We can’t get enough of this line up, you’ll seriously enjoy this one!

Goin’ Yam: Seven Seasons Native Yam Vodka, lime, almond.
Fresh, zippy, easy drinking.

Dill With It: Seven Seasons Bush Apple Pink Gin, lime, dill oil.
A little fruity, a little savoury, very fun.

Green Ant Martini: Seven Seasons Green Ant Gin, Oscar 697 extra dry vermouth, green ants.
This one’s dry with a good hit of citrus. Green ants are wild harvested in the NT and pack an intense lemon-lime zing that works dangerously well in a martini.

Wattleseed Espresso Martini: Seven Seasons Coffee Liqueur, coffee, Seven Seasons Native Yam Vodka.
Like a normal espresso martini but better.

Come in and have a try. Doors open today from 12pm.

A new veggie dish has just landed.

Satay roasted cauliflower, black garlic + walnut ketchup, lemongrass dressing, and crispy kale (dairy free, gluten free, and vegan btw).

Works best alongside a glass of .wine Friuliano from Mildura, a skin contact recognized as a new wave take on north-eastern Italian tradition. We’re talking texture, structure, and a refreshing line of acid that holds its own against the satay, but continues to stay cleansing with lifted acid and freshness.

Friuliano is currently available by the glass. Doors are open.

This month, we can’t get enough of the wines from 🙌🏼

From the Macedon Ranges, this is cool climate winemaking at its most dialled, with the regions high elevation and slow ripening leading to simply delicious wines that lean right into purity and precision.

A proper hands on project from winemakers Ollie Rapson and Renata Morello, everything is grown, made and bottled on site, with a super light touch and organic approach.

The wines are ultra clean, impeccably pure, and ridiculously good value for quality, with somm Trent hinting this is some of the best Gamay going around 👀

We have Lyons Will in the fridge now at . Or bring one across to the pub and we’ll pour and sort you out with some glassware for a $20 corkage.
