Meet the Team: Sheldon Nazareth

Prepare yourselves. We are pulling back the kitchen doors to introduce the culinary mastermind of Fat Boyz Bicton. Meet our Head Chef, Sheldon Nazareth. We forced him to answer a highly intrusive questionnaire so you can get to know the man behind the menu. Feel free to judge him accordingly.
Favorite Food:
Pizza and Italian. A truly shocking revelation from a chef. We were expecting him to say something obscure like activated charcoal or unseasoned boiled chicken, but the man sticks to the classics.
Favorite Drink:
Beer. Groundbreaking. We are dealing with a true pioneer of the beverage arts here.
Favorite Music:
70s to 90s. If you hear someone aggressively belting out ABBA or Nirvana from the back, do not panic. It just means your meal is being prepared with historical passion.
Favorite Movie:
Superhero movies. He firmly believes that wearing an apron is the kitchen equivalent of wearing a cape. We let him maintain this delusion because it keeps morale high.
Favorite TV Show:
One Piece. Because who does not want to take professional inspiration from animated pirates who have been looking for the exact same treasure for over a thousand episodes?
Favorite Footy Team:
Fremantle Dockers. This perfectly explains his incredible tolerance for high pressure environments, crushing disappointment, and blind, unwavering hope.
Best Friend:
Kumiko Namba (his wife). We are absolutely certain she was standing directly behind him when he filled out this form. Blink twice if you need a rescue, Sheldon.
Next time you are at Fat Boyz Bicton, make sure to raise a glass to Sheldon. Just do not ask him about the Dockers if you want your food to arrive on time.
