MIXTAPE — VOLUME 1

Part of an ongoing experimental series, using a really tiny batch of core range beer and remixing it into something new and interesting.

Volume 1 brings Cloudburst, fermented out a bit further and hopped with Dolcita. Pours light straw and hazy under a soft white head. Coconut and tropical fruit up front, passionfruit and citrus skin sitting behind. Smooth and balanced, with the coconut doing most of the heavy lifting. 6% AB
