Our freshly packed limited release has just landed: West Coast IPA 6.2%.

Bold, crisp and seriously hop-forward, with waves of passionfruit, mango and peach, backed by classic pine resin and grapefruit bitterness. A touch of caramel malt rounds it out with a dry, crisp finish.

Hops: Galaxy, Cascade, Simcoe & Citra.

Sydney Brewery Rozelle has teamed up with our neighbours The Little Marionette to create a bold Choc Coffee Imperial Stout – brewed by our talented brewer, Nate, and infused with freshly roasted Little Marionette coffee and organic cocoa nibs.

The result?
A rich, full-bodied Imperial Stout layered with dark chocolate, roasted espresso and velvety malt character. The perfect winter indulgence.

Our Lumberjack Rye IPA - bold, piney and packed with character. Big hop flavour up front, balanced by that spicy rye edge and a bitterness that sticks around in the best way.
