When we started Bondi Liquor Co, the goal was simple: make gin that genuinely reflects where we're from.

Today, I'm proud to share that two of our most recently created gins have been recognised at the World Gin Awards 2026 - one of the most respected blind-judged spirits competitions in the world.

🥇 Beach Dry Gin - Gold Medal 🥈 Mandarin Gin - Silver Medal

Building a distillery from the ground up in one of Australia's most iconic suburbs hasn't always been straightforward. But results like this are a reminder of why we do it - small batches, quality ingredients, and an unrelenting focus on flavour.
