Applejack is a boutique Sydney based hospitality group founded in 2011 by seasoned professionals Hamish Watts & Ben Carroll. Our passion is Hospitality!

With 13 unique venues across Sydney, magical experiences await! As a high performing team we own and operate some of Sydney's leading Restaurants & Bars; We also offer consultancy for everything in the industry. Last night we attended the The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards, represented by our Executive Chef Matías Cillóniz & Head Chef , we are beyond proud to retain our Hat once again!

Thanks to Good Food for the recognition, a big congratulations to all restaurants awarded & big love to our team at RAFI who continue to deliver exceptional food, drinks & hospitality in North Sydney & Sydney Olympic Park.

Our General Manager of Operations, Chris aka. Crispy is the man who keeps the cogs running & brings exceptional experiences to our guests. He’s one of a kind; bringing strong leadership & an insane amount of grit to everyday. All that are lucky to work alongside him enjoy every minute.

Crispy has grown through the years with Applejack from General Manager to Group Operations Manager & now into the new role of General Manager Of Operations - key in driving success as we continue to expand.

The Private Dining Room is hidden behind sliding doors in our Dining Room. Seating up to 10 guests this is ideal for an intimate event.

📍RAFI North Sydney Chefs Kitchen

Featuring a kitchen & bar, this is a unique space built for events. Cocktail Masterclasses or chefs experience are made for this room.

📍RAFI Sydney Olympic Park

Our Surf Suites are made for events. Panoramic views of URBNSURF + award winning food & drinks. From 20 to 110 people - we have you covered.
