10 years of Chef Amber Doig with APPLEJACK & The Butler Potts Point 🍾

Amber first started in Potts Point as our Sous Chef, before she quickly lead the team in the Head Chef role. She is such a valued member of the Applejack team assisting with menu creation & new venue openings across the group.

“Amber is a true leader whose experience and passion inspires and empowers those she works with.  She has always put the team first with a focus on developing those around her into becoming better at what they do.  Amber is the most kind-hearted, spirited and generous person - an absolute legend, who I am so fortunate to work with each and every day.” - General Manager of Operations Chris Rolls

Anyone who has met Amber knows her calm nature, positive attitude & passion for people is what truly stands out, not to mention her incredible skills in the kitchen & without a doubt always serving up some of the best presented food in Sydney!!

Love your work Amber, here’s to many more years ahead 🤎

“Margot Robbie was recently spotted dining at leafy Potts Point hideaway The Butler, and the setting is pretty hard to beat. Tucked away on Victoria Street, the restaurant has a sun-drenched terrace framed by lush greenery and sandstone, with sweeping city views and a menu of Mexican-inspired seafood, ceviche, tacos and slow-cooked meats. It’s feels a world away from the C*D, despite being right in the heart of Sydney and is a favourite among many for good reason.”

Thanks Sitchu Sydney for including us in their line-up of celebrity approved restaurants in Sydney! What a time this was for the launch of Papa Salt , one of our favourite moments to date 🤎
