Sun 20th September MEXICAN DAY. Ok, so Mexican Independence Day is actually Wed 16th of September, but that's no fun when you are at work!! So, we will be having our Mexican themed day on Sunday 20th September. We have brewed 4 kegs of Mexican Ce***za on our pilot system, which is lovely with or without a slice of lime and WHATEVER food truck legends Bev & Lee have a special menu for the day:

- Birria Tacos with broth
- Baja fish tacos
- Pork carnitas nachos
- Chipotle chicken wings
- Elote - street corn with chipotle crema and Parmesan

Sat 19th Sept MUSIC BINGO. Bingo but not like nana used to play! Loud & heaps of fun, with prizes to win. A great night out. Think nightclub disco crossed with bingo! Heaps of adult fun!! We have some awesome special b**rs in progress for you including a Hefeweizen, a Helles, a Lemon Lime Radler, an amazing smoked Rauch using Australian Red Gum smoked malt, and a dark Schwartz L***r Plus Lana from Rusty's Markets Cairns will be on site knocking out the German Sausages!! Thanks everyone who came out to the street yesterday at Nintiringanyi! Was a great day and sold out right at the end ....perfect. was first time out in months due to busy events. We'd had alot of calls nearly everyday asking when wed be open ahain in Cairns. Cheers guys thanks for the energy and support its muchly appreciated.

Fri 11th Sept: Last week's meat tray raffle raised $382 for the SHE SHED in Cairns.

Thank you to all who bought tickets.

To be completely transparent Macalisters purchases the meat trays at our expense as our charity donation, and all the ticket sales go to the chosen charity for the week.

This week we will be donating to The Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation who are who are raising money for a CT Scanner for the Cardiac Unit.
