Twelve years in the industry and now one of the people keeping this place running.

He’s a tequila old fashioned man, though he’ll steer you towards the Cyclone with Baxter Crafted Vodka ✖️, AUBREY LIQUEURS peach, pineapple, apple, blueberry and mint.

He likes long sleep ins, long walks on the beach and Long Island iced teas.

First stop: Radio Nacional from 8pm, with DJs, mates and plenty of foamy cocktails.

Second stop: Cassette from 11pm–1am, where we’ll be keeping the launch celebrations going with $10 amaretto sours, made with FOAMR of course.
