Last night, we celebrated an unforgettable evening where Executive Chef Insup partnered with Anthony, founder of Vic’s Meat, to honour heritage, patience, and flavour.
Fire — the flames from our woodfire grill, elevating some of Australia’s finest beefs.
Time — the ferment and patience woven into Korean traditions.
Tradition — generations of dry-ageing, fermentation, and artistry passed down through the years.
From a thoughtfully crafted 6-course menu to perfectly paired beverages, every dish was a testament to innovation meeting heritage. The chefs and team at Black worked tirelessly, and the result was pure culinary magic.
