Love hospitality? Know your way around a busy venue? Happy to jump from pouring w**e to running plates, polishing glasses and helping wherever you’re needed?

Jac & Jones + Providores Kitchen are looking for a Hospitality Allrounder to join our small but mighty team in Pokolbin.

No two shifts are quite the same around here. One minute you might be helping with food prep, the next taking orders, serving up something delicious or chatting with guests over a glass of w**e. We’ll teach you all about our small-batch w**es, seasonal menu and what makes our off-grid venue tick.

We’re looking for someone who:
🍷 Has hospitality, food + beverage experience
😊 Loves creating a great customer experience
🙌 Isn’t afraid to jump in and tackle whatever needs doing
💡 Can think on their feet and solve problems
📋 Holds a current RSA + Food Handling Certificate
💻 Is comfortable with POS + automated ordering systems

We’ve got three beautiful w**e and art experiences coming up at the cellar door — and our friend Margaret Lukas is back to bring them to life!

Whether you’re painting botanicals, creating your own personalised w**e bottle or simply looking for an afternoon filled with creativity, w**e and good food, there’s a workshop for you.

🌸 PETALS + POUR

Sip, paint, graze and create! Spend a relaxing afternoon painting your own botanical artwork while enjoying a guided tasting of Jac & Jones w**es and a delicious charcuterie board. Then, finish the day by creating a fresh posy of flowers to take home.
