Old North Road Rothbury (Pokolbin) NSW Australia is a rural collector road that runs east - west from Wine Country Drive to Hermitage Road. The section in the Cessnock LGA is unsealed and subject to flooding from Black Creek and also at the junction of Sweetwater Road. Local residents and business owners are campaigning to the ROAD SEALED AND IMPROVEMENT TO THE CULVERT at Black Creek and/or a bridge.
