Come experience Sabrosa Dim Sum before the show! We’re excited to introduce a special express dining menu available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for pre-show reservations between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM. This delightful menu features seafood crackers, prawn toast, dim sum, fried rice, and Kung Pow chicken (Mongolian beef or XO Barramundi replacement for an additional $10), along with a choice of wine or beer for just $59 per person, minimum 2 guests. Join us Thursday evening the 19th of February as we welcome Wiremu Andrews from Sentio Wines for a “special wine list” take over for the evening. We have available their premium (sold out) “Estate” wines as well as the new “Catlow & Company” range available by the glass (and bottle). Wiremu will be roaming the room discussing the wine with guests on the night, as well as playing some vinyl. It will be a great opportunity to try these exceptional wines from Beechworth Victoria which have been cellared since release. À la carte menu, reservations button below.
