Beach Road, The Rock and Lido are now coming together under the ‘Noosa Entertainment Group’
We’ve got big plans for the next chapter, and one of the most important pieces is finding the right person to help lead the operational side of it.
We’re looking for a Group Late-Night Operations Manager to oversee the late-night side of the group across multiple venues.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to run busy hospitality venues, lead strong teams, maintain high standards and stay calm when things get hectic.
We want someone who takes ownership, communicates well and can help us build the systems, culture and consistency we want across the group.
Strong hospitality management experience is essential, with late-night venue experience highly regarded.
Regular finishes through to around 3am are part of the role.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, switched on, good with people and comfortable working in busy late-night venues.
Current RSA required
Regular late-night finishes through to 3am
RMLV preferred
