Wenonah (or Nonie!) 🌷

Wenonah is one of our lovely baristas who has been making coffee for around 5 years! ☕️🤎

In her spare time, Nonie loves spending time with loved ones, listening to music, eating good food and getting involved in volunteer work 🫶🏼🎶

When she was little, she wanted to be a dance teacher… but settled for dancing at the Dancing Goat instead 💃🐐😮‍💨

If Nonie could be any animal, it would be a cat, because just like your typical cat, she could sleep and laze around all day and only be seen when she feels like it 🐈‍⬛😴

When asked if she could have a coffee date with any celebrity, it would be Eddie Vedder, because she reckons he’s awesome live and is her ultimate icon 🎸☕️

When Wenonah isn’t enjoying good food, listening to music or disappearing for a cat nap… you’ll find her serving up your favourite coffees with a smile ☕️🤎

Today was actually Wenonah’s last day at the Goat for the next two weeks as she heads off to marry her fiancé, Oscar! 💍🤍

So next time you see her, be sure to say hi and congratulate her on tying the knot! 🥂💐🐐

Damo 🍳

Damo is our full time chef with almost 30 years of experience in the kitchen 👨🏻‍🍳🔥

When he’s not busy cooking up a storm, you’ll find Damo working (even more), riding motorbikes or enjoying a drink 🍻🏍️

If Damo could be any animal, he’d be a cheetah because he doesn’t like slowing down… although deep down, he’d rather be a sloth 😂🦥

When Damo was little, he wanted to be a palaeontologist and discover dinosaur bones 🦴🦖… until he realised he probably had to be a bit smarter than he was 😂

If he could cook and have a meal with any celebrity, it would be Robin Williams! Damo reckons it would be absolutely hilarious 😂🎬

You might also spot Damo serving up some delicious feeds from the Nomads food van 🚐🍔

Bailey 🌪️

Bailey is our full- time barista who has been making coffee around Mudgee for about 4 years !

In his spare time Bailey loves to travel, hike & party 🧳⛰️🍾
(Visiting over 25 countries)

When Bailey was little he wanted to be famous.. he still does, but has now just adjusted to living a normal life🥲😂

If he could be any animal it would be a Macaw Parrot so that he could live in the tropics and fly over all the beautiful sceneries🌴

If Bailey could have a coffee date with any celebrity. It would be Bruno Mars “with no explanation needed”

When Bailey isn’t singing, dancing or off with the fairies.. you’ll find him serving up your favourite drinks with a smile ☕️🙃🤎

Pt. 1

Sophia! 🌸
Bubbly, quirky & chaotic 🫧🪿

Sophia is one of our full-time chefs who completed her apprenticeship in March this year 😮‍💨🙌

With plenty of experience under her belt, Sophia’s favourite dish to make is our new Smashed Avo “so she can make it look pretty” 🥑😻

Sophia says if she could cook and have a meal with any celebrity, it would be Gordon Ramsay… purely so they could argue over it 🫣😂

When Sophia was little, her dream was to become a teacher… thankfully, she came to her senses 🙈

In her spare time, she likes to walk her dog Peanut and sleep 🐾😴

When asked what animal she would be, Sophia said an Emu so she could run really fast… then continued to ramble on about emu facts 😂🦘

We love Sophia so much & appreciate her and the energy she brings everyday
