We are delighted to welcome Pia Gava to celebrate the launch of her new cookbook A Pasta Tour.
Join us with Pia on Saturday 3rd October at 10am.
The morning will include an introduction to the book, Q&A with Pia, a pasta making demonstration, and tasting with a drink included.
‘A Pasta Tour ’ is an exploration of how geography and culture have shaped the pasta dishes of each of the 20 regions of Italy.

‘Fontana’ Wood Fired Pizza Ovens! What would you cook in yours?! 🔥

Shown here is the Fontana Marinara Oven in Black Anthricite, at a customer’s beautiful property in Red Hill.

Fontana wood fired ovens are made in Italy. Available in powder coated black or full stainless steel.

- They are very high combustion and efficient. Only a small quantity of wood and about 30 minutes is required to get up to cooking temperature.
- Less wood inside also equals a greater amount of cooking space inside the oven.
- In between the internal stainless steel lining is 10cm of extremely heat efficient insulation to keep you cooking longer.

The range of Fontana ovens are are available in bench top or with stands - perfect if you don’t have en existing bench or outdoor kitchen.
They are also very lightweight, meaning they can be installed on bench tops and decking.

We have been selling Fontana ovens for the past 30 years, and have a fantastic relationship with the company, importing directly from their factory in Italy to our warehouse.

The Sico Vacuum Sealers are part of our semi-professional line and the perfect tool for salami season!
We carry the Sico Vacuum Sealers in two models the ‘S250 Premium’ and ‘Nevada SV’. Both are fully automatic with strong pumps, magnetic closure system, sealing level adjustment, and vacuum level adjustment. The SF250 has a 250mm wide welding bar, and features a secure and innovative double weld, while the Nevada features a 320mm wide welding bar, a powerful transformer and applies triple welding to the vacuum bag!

We also carry a whole range of Italian made embossed vacuum bags, the size we used in this clip is 12x30cm, perfect for individual salami.
