when it comes to low tech, fine wines, itā€™s hard to go past cult-favourite šŸ· led by wife + husband duo hannah + dane, the Gippsland winemakers run a tight ship, with a focus on strict organic principles that strive for sustainable + natural farming practices, + above all, respect for the living.

small ferments, wild yeast, zero oak + zero wine-making additions result in an offering that is full of character, freshness + ridiculously easy to drink. itā€™s no secret their vermentino blend, fistful of flowers, is up there with some of our all-time favourite pours in the loft šŸ’ if you havenā€™t you havenā€™t tried a glass already, we arenā€™t judging but we are a little concernedā€¦šŸ§”
