We just opened this 20-year-old single cask.
A wonderfully waxy, orchard fruit-driven Highland malt, distilled in Sutherland.

Well, there are only four active distilleries in the area.
And with all the hints hidden throughout the cat-themed label...

It's not too hard to guess it might be Clyn*lish. 🫢

Well...

Highland Single Malt, distilled in 2000.
20 years old from a Sutherland distillery.
Bottled by Thompson Bros Dornoch Distillery,
In collaboration with Aloha Wh**ky.

Juicy, honeycomb, grapefruit marmalade.
