This city has been crying out for a proper, easy-drinking stout that echoes the old dark b**rs enjoyed on our harbour shores for hundreds of years. So, we brewed exactly that right here in our Marrickville backyard.

Meet Philter Sydney Stout. It’s our sincere take on a classic nitro stout, purpose-built for our climate and our pubs. It’s velvety with bold flavours of dark chocolate, coffee and cocoa, delivering a solid, roasty hit and a clean, bone-dry finish. Clocking in at a super sessionable 4.2% ABV, it pours dark and drinks smooth.
