NEW BIER – HAUS PILS (5%) – PILSNER 🏡🍻☀️⁠

Brewed by Nick, our debut Haus Pils drinks smooth as a duck’s back – with a snappy finish. This refreshing take on a classic pilsner uses all-German yeast and hops (Perle and Hallertau Mittelfruh), pressure fermented at 10°C for an exceptionally clean profile. ⁠

This is the first iteration from our Haus Pils series, a rotating offering that we’ll update and refine seasonally, a new brewer taking the reins each time. It’ll allow us to explore exciting ingredients and new processes while keeping satisfaction the top priority! ⁠

Haus Pils 01 saw us experiment with pressure fermenting. The technique allows us to ferment at an ultra-cold temperature, enhancing the delicate hop taste while keeping overly fruity yeast flavours at bay. So, you experience the crisp lager experience you expect, as a platform for added complexity and nuance. ⁠
