Ooey, gooey, and just the right kind of indulgent ✨
On the board: Brebirousse d’Argental - a soft, washed-rind sheep’s milk cheese with a silky, spoonable centre, gentle nuttiness, and a hint of mushroomy depth.
We’re serving it with Tasmanian leatherwood honey 🍯 and warm, crusty sourdough. Sweet, savoury, and very hard to share.
Best enjoyed with a glass in hand and nowhere to be.
