💜 Thank You for Supporting Our Escabags Australia Donation Drive 💜

Today, more than 80kg of essential items are on their way to Escabags Headquarters, thanks to the incredible generosity of our members, guests and staff.

Over the past month, our community has once again shown what can be achieved when we come together to support those in need. The donations collected will help Escabags provide emergency escape bags filled with essential items for individuals and families fleeing domestic and family violence.

Every donated item represents comfort, dignity, safety and hope for someone facing one of the most difficult times in their life.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this year's donation drive. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference to people taking their first steps towards a safer future.

At Ettalong Diggers, we are proud to support Escabags and remain committed to being a safe and supportive place within our community.

🏐 Supporting Local Netball Through ClubGRANTS 🏐

Ettalong Diggers is proud to support the Woy Woy Peninsula Netball Association with a $5,000 Category 2 ClubGRANTS grant.

This funding will assist the Association's Representative Player Program, helping local athletes access higher-level competition opportunities, develop their skills, and proudly represent the Peninsula on the regional and state stage.

With hundreds of players participating in netball across our community each year Woy Woy Peninsula Netball Association continues to provide a positive, inclusive and supportive environment where young people can build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and lifelong friendships through sport.

We are delighted to partner with an organisation that plays such an important role in developing local talent and encouraging active, healthy lifestyles for young people across the Peninsula.

Congratulations to the players, coaches, volunteers, and committee members who make the Association such a success. We look forward to seeing the continued growth and achievements of your representative program throughout 2026.

Last night, we welcomed these boys as they run from Bathurst to Newcastle for Men’s Mental health, in support of the Black Dog Institute. Their overnight stop was at Ettalong, staying upstairs!

We gave them some dinner and drinks to re-fuel them, ready for another day!
