This is Zac.

Zac has been at Eddie’s for so long that we’re not entirely sure where Eddie’s ends and Zac begins.

He knows the place inside out, knows the regulars, knows the staff and somehow always seems to know what’s going on.

He generally prefers to stay out of the limelight. And apparently, when he’s not pouring beers, he’s out here looking like the CEO of Eddie’s. We’re not saying Zac runs Eddie’s.

We’re just saying nobody has actually checked.
