Lest We Forget

THYNK Cafe + Bar will be closed this Anzac Day as we take a moment to honour and remember the courage and sacrifice of those who have served.

We will be closed both Saturday 25th and Monday 27th of April. We will reopen Tuesday as normal, ready to welcome you back for great coffee, food, and company.

A new sweet favourite has arrived.

Our Palacinke Crepes are soft, delicate and perfectly folded, served with your choice of filling. Enjoy the rich indulgence of Nutella or the classic sweetness of rosehip jam, paired with fresh berries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

As the year winds down, we want to say a big thank you to everyone who’s made Thynk Café + Bar part of their routine in 2025. Whether you’ve popped in for your daily coffee, caught up with friends over lunch, or discovered us for the first time – we’ve loved serving you.

We’ll be taking a short break over the holiday period:
