We've had the pleasure of welcoming some extraordinary culinary talent from across Australia and around the world to Canopy (swipe for a nice trip down memory lane!). Now we're looking for who's next.

With Michelin's arrival bringing fresh attention to Adelaide's dining scene, we're keen to hear from ambitious, inventive chefs looking to do something a little different.

Armed with a world class international w**e programme and a recent win for Australia's Best Cocktail List at the Australian W**e List of the Year Awards, we've got plenty to bring to the table.

From short pop-ups to extended residencies, we're open to all manner of ideas, particularly those that push the boundaries of what a humble w**e bar can be.

In less than two weeks, Sholto from Basket Range W**e joins us for dinner and we're very excited about this menu. With a start time of 6:30pm, that leaves plenty of time for a pre-dinner cocktail or two!

Last week, Canopy took home three honours at the Australian W**e List of the Year Awards, including the coveted title of Australia’s Best Cocktail List, a prestigious Three Glass Rating and a W**e List Service Award.

We’ve always taken enormous pride in our w**e list, but our cocktails deserve their moment in the spotlight too. Now we have the award to prove it.

From exceptional w**es to expertly crafted cocktails and the service that brings it all together, these three awards celebrate what we love most about Canopy: creating an experience worth coming back for.

One of the Adelaide Hills’ original family w**e estates joins us at Canopy for a special dinner. The Broderick family have grown grapes in Basket Range since 1980. Today, second generation w**emaker Sholto Broderick leads the 4.5 hectare estate, producing precise, site driven w**es from its steep and varied slopes.

Join Sholto at Canopy for dinner as we explore the w**es, vineyard and story of this distinctive Adelaide Hills estate. Featuring some new releases and, of course, a stunning menu from Noble Food.
