Jock of the Bushveld – Kilner Park, Pretoria
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, customer service, and team management? We are looking for an energetic and reliable Supervisor to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
✅️ Pour drinks and serve customers
✅️ Cash up of slot machines and handle payouts through out the day
✅ Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations
✅ Manage and motivate staff during shifts
✅ Ensure excellent customer service at all times
✅ Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
✅ Monitor stock, cash-ups, and operational procedures
✅ Assist with events, promotions, and entertainment nights
✅ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, bar, or pub management
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
✔ Reliable transport preferred
✔ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✔ Computer literacy and stock control experience advantageous
✔ No criminal record
