A while back, our friends at Williamsburg Brews stopped in and shared these photos of our fresh-baked cookie, and honestly... we think they still hold up pretty well.

Made in-house with organic ingredients, rich dark chocolate, and just a touch of vanilla. Warmed up to-order, it’s the kind of dessert that’s easy to save room for.

You asked and our kitchen team delivered. Lump Crab Cakes made in house. Hand rolled in Egg Roll Wrappers, fried to order. Small batch Old Bay Aioli for your dipping pleasure.

Available in orders of 2 or 3 -- we're rolling these out for one more weekend (for now)!

I’ve spent so much time looking at these photos that writing a caption no longer feels important…

To pour or to dip? These thangsss are crispy, juicy, and super flavorful. Our wings are served with house made ranch or blue cheese dressing. Buffalo, BBQ, & Cajun Dry Rub…and they’re 12 for $12, all day every day?!

The Kitchen is open from 11 am - 9 pm daily. S-wing by for a wing (or 12)!

It's a bittersweet day as we bid adieu to Crystal. 😭 In our four short months in Yorktown we've been truly blessed to bring on an amazing team across all departments.

Crystal joined us at the very beginning and quickly became one of our FoH Leads. She's been a big supporter of The Virginia Beer Company since before The Kitchen concept came to life, and she's brought a wonderfully bright vibe to every shift since we opened.

Due to family obligations, Crystal is leaving for a new adventure and today is her last shift. You have until 5 pm to come say hi & bye (and maybe convince her to stick around for a shift pint on the patio too)!

Thanks for everything, Crystal! You'll always be a part of our Klerb. ✨πŸ₯‚βœ¨
