This episode is all about craft beer discovery, brewery storytelling, and honest beer reviews as we break down this unique amber ale, explore the brewery behind it, and rate it using the Untappd 1–5 bottlecap scale.

Featured Beer: Bittah New Englandah – Amber Ale (5.2% ABV)

Brewed with classic West Coast hops and a clean California ale yeast, Bittah New Englandah pours a deep amber with a rich, toasty malt backbone. This hop-forward yet balanced craft beer delivers layered notes of honey, mint tea, yuzu citrus, and subtle eucalyptus, creating a refreshing and complex flavor experience. A crisp finish with just enough bitterness makes this a standout amber ale for fans of both classic and modern craft beer styles.

We sat down with William Teasley from Khonso Brewing Co to talk about the powerful origins of women brewers in Africa — and the tradition of mothers passing their brewing recipes down to their daughters for generations.

This is more than craft beer… it’s culture, legacy, and storytelling in every sip.

Huge thanks to Dr. Chris Ferrie ( ) for joining the show and making us feel both smarter and more aware of how much we still don’t know 🍻🧠

From quantum mechanics to mind-bending thought experiments, Dr. Ferrie broke down some seriously complex ideas and somehow made them fun, approachable, and only slightly intimidating. We learned a ton, laughed a lot, and are still thinking about Schrödinger’s cat.

Grateful for the time, the knowledge, and the patience—this episode was next-level. 🙌
