Rockfish Public House is a restaurant, bar and private event venue located at 110 N. George Street in York Pennsylvania. Our focus is to feature premium seafood primarily from the Atlantic Coast and Gulf of Mexico that is wild caught, sustainably harvested and/or farmed in a manner which is good for the environment. We also feature a full service bar including 12 draft beers, most of which are pro

ducts from local breweries. Upstairs RPH Live features a private event space complete with a full bar. Our mission at Rockfish Public House is to provide the highest quality of food, service and atmosphere possible without compromise. We believe that guests who choose to spend time with us must consistently receive relaxed but attentive service in an atmosphere that permits them to feel as though they are on vacation right here in the heart of downtown York.

Fresh flavors are on the menu this weekend at Rockfish Public House.

Sink your teeth into our Soft Shell Crab Sandwich, served on a brioche bun with crisp lettuce, tomato, J.O. mayo, and a side of French fries.

Our Grilled Red Snapper brings together summer melon relish, sautéed broccolini, and ginger-scented black rice for a light and flavorful entrée that highlights the season.

And for something refreshing, try our Strawberry Coconut Margarita featuring 1800 Coconut Tequila, triple sec, fresh lime, strawberry purée, and a tajín rim.

This weekend’s lineup at Rockfish Public House is all about fresh flavors and a little coastal inspiration.

Our Soft Shell Crab Sandwich is making its return—lightly fried, tucked into a brioche bun, topped simply with lettuce, tomato, and our J.O. mayo. Served with a pile of hot french fries, it’s the kind of sandwich that reminds you why soft shell season never lasts long enough.

If you’re in the mood for something fork-tender and bright, the Grilled Grouper is the way to go. We’re pairing it with garlic roasted potatoes, sautéed broccolini, and a smooth hollandaise aioli that ties everything together.

And for something refreshing to sip between bites, the Blueberry Lemon Spritz is behind the bar—Smirnoff blueberry vodka, lemon, mint, club soda, and a touch of brut cuvée for sparkle.

The kitchen has rolled out a new take on our Grilled Chesapeake Rockfish, and it’s got a bright, summery feel to it.

This version comes paired with grilled zucchini, Mediterranean couscous with feta, and a pineapple salsa that lifts the whole plate.

Soft Shell Crab Sandwich
A summertime favorite done the Rockfish way—lightly fried soft shell crab tucked into a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, and our J.O. mayo. Served with a pile of French fries for good measure.

Black Pepper Ribeye
A 14 oz ribeye, chargrilled so it picks up that smoky edge, then finished with a Guinness demi-glaze and shallots. Rustic, rich, and paired with French fries to keep things classic.

Blackened Catfish
A bold, Southern-leaning plate with blackened catfish over cheddar grits, topped with a crawfish cream sauce that brings just the right amount of heat.

Spicy Margarita
Teremana tequila, Cointreau, fresh citrus, simple syrup, a jalapeño tincture, and a tajin rim. Bright, spicy, and a fun way to kick off your evening.

Weekend specials have arrived, and we’ve got a few standouts we’re excited to share.

First up is a true seasonal favorite: the Soft Shell Crab Sandwich. Crisp, delicate soft shell crab on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, and our house J.O. mayo. Served with French fries for the perfect classic pairing.

If you’re in the mood for something a bit more refined, the Pan Seared Golden Tile is a beautiful balance of flavor — coconut rice, roasted beets, and a light, coastal finish that feels both comforting and a little adventurous.

And to round it all out, our bar team is shaking up a Spicy Margarita made with Herradura tequila (reposado or blanco), Cointreau, fresh citrus juices, simple syrup, and fresh jalapeño slices with a Tajín rim. Bright, refreshing, and just enough heat to keep things interesting.

At Rockfish Public House we love bringing something fresh to the table, and our newest dish does exactly that. The Shrimp Pesto Alfredo is all about bright basil, warm pasta, and those little touches that make a meal memorable.

Think tender linguine tossed in a vibrant basil pesto, blistered cherry tomatoes adding that perfect pop of sweetness, and five perfectly seasoned shrimp to round everything out. It’s simple, comforting, and still full of character—exactly the kind of dish we get excited about sharing.
