A big thanks to all our friends who joined us on our Horseshoe Lake Farm tours this week. It’s a privilege to share this special place with the community who support us and make this all possible. Also, a shout out to Ben and Cindy at B&D Hop Farm for hosting lunch in their awesome tap room and showing us their operation. There was a little rain, a little mud, and a lot of good times had out amongst the hops.

Gabi is back for another sensory sesh, this time with our Estate Grown Comet. EG Comet has classic characteristics such as resin and grapefruit, and also brings some tropical dankness, which adds to the OHAI.

What is OHAI? No, it’s not a greeting. It stands for Overall Hop Aroma Intensity and it’s a way to help distinguish characteristics between hops. Comet is known for having a strong OHAI, and it comes through nicely in West Coast IPAs, hazys, Pale Ales, and other hop-forward b**rs.

Profile
- Bold grapefruit
- Bright citrus
- Tropical
- Resinous
- Wild & floral

Suggested Pairings
- Amarillo®
- Centennial
- Chinook
- Crystal
- Deep Cut™ Cascade
